Analysis between cognitive impairment with the level of disability post-stroke patients: A cross-sectional study

Introduction: The condition that appears in patients who have had a stroke is cognitive impairment. Cognitive impairment can worsen the of so it slow down recovery process and high risk disability. This study aims to analyze correlation between level disability post-stroke patients. Methods: uses correlational analytical design with cross sectional technique population 70 participants sampling using consecutive obtained sample 64 participants. independent variable this while dependent instrument for collecting data on was MoCA-Ina questionnaire WHODAS questionnaire. were analyzed Spearman Rank test significance < 0.05. Results: results showed most 52 (81.2%) 42 (65.6%) moderate disabilities small portion 10 (15.6%) severe disabilities. statistical tests relationship through p = 0.000 coefficient 0.665. Conclusions: analysis strong Post-stroke must be treated properly does not result has direct impact psychosocial quality life patient.
